I have looked everywhere and cannot find anything of the sort. Would someone have something like this or could make a basic article plugin?

Features basically:
-say on articles.php it would have either the latest articles display like news or short descriptions of a long list of all the latest you could click to read more.
-submit new articles, remove, etc
-Have a side bar in the articles.php for article categories, etc

Just something basic.
