Scrap it. It's really not that good. The gradients are awful, and there isn't enough spacing on the nav.

Decrease the table space a lot, increase the height of the thead and the nav. Also use MUCH smaller fonts.

Use web safe fonts instead of random crap you downloaded from dafont.

Just decrease the font size a bit. That will make it look more professional. And I like what you did with the post numbers and new threads; it's really creative.
