I currently set-up a simply promotion that moved users from one group to another when they reach a certain number of posts. I have it set to "Greater Than or equal to", but would "Equal to" be a better choice? My thinking is if it was "Equal to" and a member went over that post limit, it would reset them back to their original usergroup.
Please clarify this for me.

Use Greater than or equal to.
If it was only =, then yes, the user would be reverted to their original UG.
