I did a database merge from an old Mybb site and all the post counts are there, but the posts arent. I have done a recount and rebuild, which doesnt seem to have worked.
I also uploaded the new irc file but, when I tried to run it I got a 404 error.

I can read posts just fine.

If you get a 404 error, that means the file doesn't exist where you're trying to access it. Make sure you uploaded it correctly.

Should I do a clear history on my internet?

Yeah, I can read the post in full.

Just re-upload the icr.php file (not irc.php) to the root of your MyBB installation and run it in your browser.
