Out of nowhere my website is serving up a blank whitepage in Firefox, and in IE it's serving an Internal Server Error 500 error. I can still access the AdminCP in MyBB just fine, and other websites I run on the same VPS are working just fine so I don't believe there to be any issues with Apache (again, I've not touched ANYTHING).

I'm rather confused why this would happen suddenly. Any suggestions?

cat /etc/httpd/logs/error_log

Should tell you the problem within the last few lines.
