I've had it for about 3 months....

notice the top bit "8.0.0787" which means that this is a version after the initial release of 8.0.0

I had it since it first came out. Do you mean it's now finished beta?

It finished BETA ages ago and was announced as a public release...

It's a public beta now. So it's still in beta.

I'll update mine when I get home, or switch to Trillian, not sure yet.

I never liked Trillian much.

The only thing I'm really psyched about for WLM is getting the Yahoo functionality. I've had the BETA for ages, so this isn't exactly "YIPEEEE!", just old hat for me. :[

WLM Plus! Should be good though. Can't wait for Saturday.
