Is there a plugin or something I can do to change the forum to look like this setup with everything on the left?(see image) Mine looks like mybb message board currently with it sort of spread across the top.

I also would like to be able to add users location on the postings like the image below.

Is there a plugin that would also allow for the member to add there state flag in addition to there avatar?
