I am using a plugin myshoutbox. And I have inserted it in the header template. Now, it is showing on every page. I want to hide or remove this plugin only from login or register page. Any fixes?

You should not add it in header template. You should add it in Index templates, Forum display, etc.

Its because the same header templates are used for all pages.

you mean I have to add this in all the templates except header and global?
(I want to show it on all pages except login or register page)

Not in all others. Just add them in Index and forum display.
