How and where do I add meta tags to my forum?

Also, how do I change the color of "important threads" bar?

And, how do I remove "This post was last modified by X..." when someone edits his post. I actually want to keep it, but is there some way that after 15 minutes the post is made, then the text will be shown (If he/she edits). If you edit within 15 minutes, the text will not be shown.

You can add them to the 'headerinclude' template.

IIRC, it's trow_sep in global.css
