Forum link? and are you sure that your uploaded all the images in correct directory?

The image just doesn't exist. Right click it, view the URL it's trying to load, and upload an image with that name to the location it's looking in.

upload buddy_online.gif & buddy_offline.gif again to your theme image folder from default MyBB images directory.
