I would like the option to automaticly collapse a new catgory.

eg:

Display Settings:
Collapse catagory by default?? [Yes] [No]

Reason: I have about 5 catagories, each with about 3 forums and I dont want to scroll, so by having it collapsed when I first create it means that users can then easily scroll and choose wether to have them collapsed or expanded.

Do you know what I mean??

DB, no questions there. I think cookies are, well dumb. I like the brand new system of post new'ness where it is in the DB. Much better than a cookie. If Chris could get rid of all cookie ralted thing and make them DB'ed, that would be awesome.

You know that that would actually generate a huge server load on large sites..

It will be in the form of a new database column, specifying if it should be collapsed or not (yes/no) by default.
