I have been having issues with spam users coming in from various IP's Not sure how they are managing it through Captcha etc.

I then go and Ban this user with a permenant ban and ban the IP address too.

However several hours later I come back and that user has re-banned themselves and re-posted the spam.

If I look at the user account they have a signup date of today. So hav they deleted their account somehow if so how, and how can I stop this?

Or are they finding some other way to lift the SPAM, again if so how?

There is no way for any user to just delete their account.

Unless they somehow have access to your database... Try changing your passwords.
