privileges (tab) --> click on
action for the
user

see image) --> find the change password option there ...

in my mybb table there is tab of privileges

do you have that tab ? it is visible at top of the table rows.
if you are not seeing that tab then you have to look at database level !!
Not everyone has the same host as you ranjani.
This is a question to ask your webhost, not mybb.
