Upgrade? Like a subscriptions page where users pay via PayPal? You need a different plugin for that:

You can't create a subscriptions page with the Page Manager plugin. And I'm afraid there's no free subscriptions plugin, besides Donation Page which doesn't quite work how you want:

but how i use html in page

Adding a PayPal link isn't going to automatically move users who donated to a premium group or anything. You will need a different plugin for that, which I linked you to above.

As for using HTML, just write your code as you wish in the "Page content" box.

Or you could simply move them to the new group manually instead of having everything automated.

Of course, if the op is willing to do that it is an option.
