I'am able to remove that when i stick a thread or lock it
it write [Solved] , Sticky is there any way to remove that [Solved] And Sticky?

Probably the support forum....
Open ./inc/languages/english/global.lang.php and find;
$l['sticky_prefix'] = '<strong>Sticky:</strong>';
and edit or remove
<strong>Sticky:</strong>
