I'm almost certain this has been suggested before, it's pretty obvious, but I'd like to see a future version of MyBB include a way to export a text list of installed plugins and their versions, because I think that would be better for support purposes than taking a screenshot.

Agree. I can't fit all plugins in 1 screen shot, therefore it's useful.
