I am installing a new forum and then I put up another copy of mybb. Well the install seems to be fine but the admin cp is blank.. Nothing is shown on the menu or anything. When I click the blank spotsnsome of the menus appear.
Try reuploading the admin directory.

Just upload ./inc/languages/english/admin folder with all files.
Apparently my host had an issue and they repaired the problem they said. I decided to recheck the uploads I made when unaware the repairs were being made. SO I rechecked the inc/languages/english/admin since those were the last edits I made prior to install. They were all on 0000 so after modding them to 0666 everything is the same. You can see what I mean here:
after reinstalling the languages/eng/admin.cp same thing occurs.
You can see by the log in for the
admin.cp

./inc/languages/english/admin/ needs to be CHMOD to 755 while the files inside should be 666.
