That is a good plugin but it would not help out this time round. I need something that restricts a certain user. They are causing mayhem and problems at the forum but I feel a ban is not worth while.

such option is not available in admin panel to restrict PM privileges of a specific user ..
the user may be moved to another group in which users can't use PM system..
