The following errors were encountered:
MyBB could not find the theme with the file you uploaded. Please check the file is the correct and is not corrupt.

in general,
myBB theme files come in archived files. extract contents to a folder AND upload it to myBB installation
root folder OR upload to ./images folder. then select the related xml file when importing the theme
