I install forum, but then i got this message...

forum/inc/languages/english/global.lang.php does not exist

I re-upload languages folder again, but it's same problem...

Where are you getting this error? Are you sure you uploaded the files correctly? And are they correctly CHMODed?

Make sure all the files in ./inc/languages/english/ are CHMOD'ed to 666.
