I've switched from PHP mail to SMTP mail, but I'm encountering issues. I'm using cPanel as my mailer, but the emails still don't send.
Here are my current settings:
Should I try Google Apps perhaps?
I just tried using Google Apps and I get the same problem.
Here is the error I'm getting:
Unable to connect to the mail server with the given details.<br /><br />110: Connection timed out

SMTP hostname: mail.<site>.net
SMTP port: 25
SMTP username: user+<site>.net
SMTP password: <password>
SMTP Encryption Mode: None
