Go to: ACP > Users and Groups > Groups > Your usergroup > Edit > and Tick the "Can post replies to threads?" option.
bro my groups permission allready correct
newreply link is working (
eg.) - appears to be some mistakes in editing templates OR could be some conflict ..
link working but how to add reply option in my topics ?

I was checking this issue AND
{$newreply} in showthread template is not working BUT replacing it with its code is working !!
what can be the reason please ...
ACP > Templates > Showthread Templates > and see if "showthread_newreply" template's color is turned green ? If it is then it is changed or edited / removed some codes.
Click on [Options] Button and select "Revert to Original" option.
I had checked it - it was not modified !!
AND I copied the exact code from showthread_newreply to showthread template AND its working ..
Alright.
Goto: ACP > Forums and Posts > Select that forum > Edit Permissions > Under "Posting / Rating" tab, tick "Can post replies?" option.
If it still same then I guess he has changed the showtread.php file.
Try reuploading showthread.php file from new mybb package.
