Well the domain is totally transfered to the new domain but imo i see again the same problem that i got on hostagtor shared host!

Consider too cloud hosting like Storm on Demand. Part of the questions you need to ask is what type of growth do you have? Because the more growth you have the more I would recommend straight to a dedicated. Even if it's a lower end one.
But a $30-$50 VPS would likely suit you very well for now.
