After update with MyBB 1.6.4 my forums servers are slow.

Its a problem with host pathan.

1.6.4 comes with some new performance changes - if anything, it should be faster. What's your server load?

what is the best setting to avoid big server load?

That topic is for maximum speed. If you do all that settings from that topic, your forum will be take down your server.

I totally did not understand what you just said...

Are you on shared hosting?? If you are, the server load could be nothing to do with your forum at all, as it'd be the load on the entire server, not just your site.
