I know I go to ACP>Configuration>General Configuration then change the board URL and the cookie path but this is what I get when I change it:
also, my board URL is: http://www.backspacez.us/forums/ and I want to change it to http://www.backspacez.us/

Open ./inc/settings.php and edit the URL and Cookie Path from there too.
