I'm trying to set up a group promotion where when a user has greater than or equal to 25 posts, they'll get put into a new user group that I created. when I force the promotion system task to run, it's only promoting 2 users (yes, I have more than 2 users with 25 posts or more). I have it set so the users had to originally be in the registered user group and another custom group and that it would put them in a new custom secondary group after the promotion has ran.

I've ran an sql query to clear the additional user groups for all users (not sure if that would be causing the issue or not so I ran that).

not sure what's going on, any ideas?

The promotion will only affect people who were active since the task was last run.
