Two very useful features that would be in core and not as mods:
- Trashcan forum
- Topic tags (useful for build order)

They are the same thing.
I think that trashcan forum and topic/thread tags can help us to build order in our forums (of course also preventive duplicate thread detection).
We already have "Topic Tags" You add them in via Admin CP.

He's probably talking about tags like on a blog. We have prefixes which IMO are enough for a forum.

Trashcan forum can be done with forum permission but moving on it's own automatically is good.
You can simply add a moderator tool to simply move it once selected on the thread/post. Easy.
