How can I block all the url that are posted on mybb... I dont want any URL to link to any website...

URLs may be converted to plain text OR they may be wrapped with code blocks ; however
users will be able to post the links as plain text.. its not easily possible to stop that - AND
your forum may not run long if you prevent posting of the links !!

If I found a forum blocking links, I'm just going to find an alternative forum that doesn't.

Not really, a single code edit will do it
bu, there is no point
just add http:// and https:// as blocked words.
Or change the URL parsing
Or, change the URL parsing. Indeed.
Set a word filter to change http:// to blocked://
It'll kill your activity though.
