How can I show all of them?

ACP > Configurations > Forum Home Options > and enter some bigger value e.g. 13 in "Subforums to show on Index listing" option field.

Edit : not seen Yaldaram's response Smile

admin panel --> configuration --> settings --> Forum Home Options
--> Subforums to show on Index listing <-- use a higher number eg. 33

AND you may also use this plug-in to arrange subforums listing in columns
