I added this code into the header_welcomeblock_guest template and it turns out to be like this.

Wheres about on the index. Be more specific with what your saying.

your'e putting it on header_welcome template that's why there is "a table inside a table"
if yo uwant it to be only one table
put in on index template where it fits the best or even better on the header one
