Verify users - FontAwesome - (manual/automatic)
Individual users can be verified via the ACP. This will be displayed in the Postbit-Template afterwards.

Deutsch:
- Das "Verifizierungsicon" wird jetzt auch im Profil des Mitglieds angezeigt
- Es ist einstellbar, ob zusätzlich das Datum angezeigt werden soll an dem der Benutzer verifiziert wurde.
- Der Text ist frei wählbar mit Platzhaltern {date} und {time}
- Es ist einstellbar welches Datumsformat benutzt werden soll (englisch/amerikanisch oder deutsch)
- Es wurde eine neue Spalte in der Datenbank in der mybb_users Tabelle hinzugefügt um das Datum zu speichern.
