Fix some issues related to sceditor update.
You can only upload and replace old files if you have 1.2.3 version. otherwise you must deactivate and activate plugin again to make it work fine.
Tested on MyBB 1.8.38 and php 8.2.18

It will not work fine on lesser versions, it is only ready for mybb 1.8.21 and major versions.

Tested in all 1.8.x versions, but 1.6.x have to work either on mycode, button only works on 1.8.x series of mybb...
