Change Log

Add new settings and features:

If admin set to yes the setting of newthread in acp, the default message will be show ONLY in newthread page.

If admin set to yes the setting of newreply in acp, the default message will be show ONLY in newreply page.

If admin set to yes the setting of newthread in acp, and set to yes the setting of newreply in acp, the default message will be show in newreply and newthread page.
