Templates are loading by cache, in previous version that is not already but after a few months of test on my site i know it works fine in new version...

New style for announcements.

All is the same 4 type of announcements configurable at 100% via admincp.

Stylesheet are added. (dnt_announcements.css)
Templates are added (DNT announcements templates)
Configuration options to select users who can see every type of announcement.

You can add more annuncements or chage it as you wish :D, or you can use only two of them of all...
