REPBan
When a user is REPBanned that person can only receive negative rep. That person is also unable to give out any rep.
Project Details
As an admin, you can REPBan users. When he / she is REPBanned, he / she can't receive any REP but negative REP. He / she is also unable to give out any REP.
To REPBan someone go to their profile and go to "Rate" and once the pop up comes up enter how much days you want the users to be REPBanned for.
To delete a repblock before it expires, just set a new Repblock for "0" days. This will remove the repblock.
