A nicely but complex and usefull shoutbox created by origina idea of Matbox Solutions and developed and mantained by me.

So i will share this version of shoutbox that contains multiple new features and improvements compared with original one.

Maybe it needs to add more code optimizations and so on, but this is what we got on the end
