Usage

First Install Plugin And Activate it
Send From Your Major Telegram Account Send A message To Notifcaster Bot ( @notifcaster_bot ) and Get Your Token !
Now Update Plugin Settings and Wait Till Notifications Come From Any Important Moment on Your Forums

This Plugin Can Notify Admin in These Situations

When a Users Signup in Forums
When a Users Log into their Account
When Users Create Topic
When Somebody Tries to Access Admin Panel
When Somebody Tries to Access Mod Cpanel
