Improves threaded mode by removing the thread outline display and replacing it with collapsible nested threaded bits.  No longer will users need to click on each post in threaded mode to see what it says.  Instead, users scroll down the page just as they do in linear mode, but child threads are indented so that conversations can be easily followed.  Additionally, nested threads are made collapsible and expandable with jQuery.  The threaded bits are paginated chronologically.
