On my new forum, i just noticed the normal member post counts arent being automatically updated when they post.

I have to go into the admin cp and manually rebuild the post counts.

My Admin account seems to be updating the post count just fine, but its the members who are having the problem.

I don't know if its a duplicate of this bug

anyone else having this? how can i fix this? Maybe should just roll back to 1.4?

Whenever I click on a forum I get this error (or something really similar for each forum):

how do you change the banner on the forums? also when you click the banner at the top it gose to a portal page?

I'm looking to developing some themes for MyBB 1.6. Is it ok for me to start working on them using the BETA? I'm assuming that the BETA has all of the same theme elements as the gold version, so there shouldn't be any changes where themes are concerned.

I have more than 50 plugins installed. Now, going to test one by one for 1.6 Beta and check the performance. Here, I share my list of plugins which is incompatible with 1.6. You can contact the authors to upgrade the code (if necessary)

Well I have accidentally deleted the wrong category and have lost a very important set of forums on my site whilst editing in the admin cp, is there any way to go back on what I have done or is that it all my post and threads are gone?

i tried to search the forum for a related issue, and also looked at the bugs and issues at dev.mybboard.net, and couldnt find any related problem there.

When i go to use the "personal pad" i just get a white page.

There is no error, just a blank page.

Now im not sure if this is a bug with beta 2, or if its just a problem with my installation. So far i havent noticed this this problem anywhere else with the script.

Performance wise is it worth it to upgrade to 1.6? (when it goes gold?)

1.4.13 seems very stable, and i modified it quite a bit (core code) to my liking. The only reason so far for upgrading to me is performance.

Anyone of the betatesters can shine some light on this?

It says there are MUCH more posts than there actually are.

But in the forum, it shows the right amount of posts



Any ideas?
