I want all the ban reason to be set as "spam" how can i do this?

The textarea was absolutely fine, until I added a thread prefix in ACP and it went like that, I then removed the thread prefixes and the problem is still arisen...

I recently installed mybb on my site hosted on godaddy, the installation of 1.6 or 1.8 goes successful, but I got a problem when logging on ACP or forum.
I can access the ACP and go to "Home" section, but when I try to click anything/any section, it gives me that error.
What can I do?
