For some weird reason when I upgraded to 1.6.10, all of the post count go messed up. It went backwards and one of my members has -1 post, and I don't know how.

I think you mean 1.6.10. MyBB 1.1 was from 2005.

Have you tried recounting and rebuilding the counters in the ACP?

As for the Google SEO plugin, you need to reapply the patch from the plugins page. See the Google SEO plugin documentation for more information.
