New reply/Post reply Error 404 ???

Somebody help me out, Whenever some users click new reply button in threads or post reply with quick reply its taking to a 404 page. Please somebody help me, But i can post threads.

Its already 644. So what is the problem then?

contact your web host whether they have enabled mod_security for your forum. if so, ask to disable it
or you have to try using .htaccess to disable mod_security (see this)
