2.0 Custom Username Colour's

What this feature does: Lets a selected usergroup pick a custom username colour. (uid 5 could pick blue, the another uid could pick red etc.)

Also you should make it so it shows up everywhere!

This will not be a core feature and is much better suited as a plugin; imagine if a user changed his color to the administrator color and began scamming people!

Maybe you could edit colour's so some aren't allowed.

This doesn't really seem like something which should be core. There's no real purpose to it. If an administrator wants to do something like that it should be left to a plugin.

Say the admin's color is #FF6E45, what if the user changed his to #FF6E46? It'd be too timeconsuming to block similar colors.

Or have a drop down of selectable colours that the admin specifies.
Anyway, I wouldn't include this by default it's good that that decision has already been made. :p
