I have installed, deleted, and reinstalled many times. My board still does not look proper. What is wrong? I am out of clues.

Seems like your global.css file is corrupted. Can you please try to re-upload all files, just to be sure nothing else is broken? Smile

./cache/ >> 777
./cache/themes/ >> 777
