"Banned Accounts" tab problem

When I go to Admin CP -> Users & Groups -> Banning -> Banned Accounts, I get this: (see attachment)


Any idea why? I had one banned user, but I deleted the account after the ban. That's when I noticed this was happening. I banned their account through the Mod CP.

Make sure you have all your language files uploaded.
