[HELP] Buttons are not showing, wtf ?

I need help the buttons in the Admin CP are not showing! I want to force users on a theme, and even edit group permissions and nothing works.

Have you made any style changes for the Admin CP?

Might want to check your style sheet. Make sure popup_button is there.

.popup_button {
    display: inline;
}

Might want to invest in firebug if your using Firefox.
Or hit F12 in chrome and search for where the button is suppose to be.

I don't understand, why would i edit the button in the themes?

It's a myBB thing related, not a theme.

Also I used firefox, chrome, internet explorer, it's all the same thing it shows!

I want to add someone as a leader and there should have options. I can't do anything.

Also in the New Points pluggins, buttons are missing and I should be able to click the 13 settings here:

The Newpoints issue is because you didn't properly uploaded the files. The former one, does JavaScript works well in the forum for you?
