2.0 Individual post bit templates for first post, attachment code multiple use

* If the template for the first post a topic (thread) and the template for replies are different, we'll be able to customize more for a great look. So please try to keep it individual in postbit template .

* Possibility to use an attachment in any other post using the attachment code.
When we insert an attachment into the post it create a code like: [attachment=aid]
So my suggestion is to make it possible using this attachment in any other post to avail it directly from the post.

It's a complex plugin, but sometimes.. A plugin has to be complex to cover a number of edge cases like this.
MyBB itself tries to keep itself reasonably simple.
