1.8.6 Admin Panel Plugin Section empty

Hi Support Team.
Install New Native MyBB in my Host to develompent my Plugins of MyBB
But in the moment to acces to Plugin Admin mode, The Panel Plugin Section completely empty.

Pd1: The Hello World! Plugin not Display or Show the Information

Pd2: Used the Tool, Chache Manager, to (Rebuild & Reload All) Default Setting of MyBB but still Plugin Section, continue completely empty.

Pd3: Testing with use other browsers like Chrome, Opera and Safari but the section Admin Panel Plugin its empty 

ACP->Tools & Maintenance->Cache Manager.

That means that at least one of plugin files located in inc/plugin has an error in its code.

ok. Upload the Plugin Folder again, with the hello.php Plugin Default. 
Refresh the browsers, and now its Working.

Not, its a native install. without plugins only the default plugin.

Note: Now, it's working! 
I do not know what happened, But the solution was simple, Upload Again the Folder Plugin.
