Add title on Shoutbox

Hello!

I'm using the latest version of mybb and i am using dvz shoutbox. Everything is working fine.

Here is a screenshot.

   

But i would like to add a title like the following screenshot :

   

How can i do it?

in the dvz_shoutbox template you can add required content above or below {$panel}

Is it possibile to add the comment i want in the same line ,next to the word SHOUTBOX , like this:

Shoutbox-Follow the rules---------------------------And so on?
