[Pushed] Can't report content to a moderator

After the upgrade to the last version,i can't report content to a moderator and i'm having this error:

Extremely sorry for the inconvenience.

I have posted a fix at Github.

However you can download and replace the attached report.php with the packaged one. Hope this will fix the issue ...

Reporting on this site here still seems not to be working. If that is intentional, remove the "report" buttons from postbits and member profiles.

All the identified bugs are fixed. The community forums are yet to be updated to reflect changes.
